Course: DOING ASTROPHYSICS USING PYTHON

Course Description:

Explore fundamental astrophysics concepts through Python-based numerical
calculations and visualizations, with hands-on practice.

 

Course contents:

Distribution of asteroids, stars, and galaxies

Blackbody radiation and spectral energy distribution fitting

Hubble diagram and the expansion of the universe

Estimating the age of star clusters

Periodic analysis of astronomical time series data

Planetary motion and orbital integration
